Long before arena tours and Grammy acclaim, Radiohead played to modest crowds at venues like The Fleece. Daniel Sparkes, aka Mudwig, approaches their 1993 poster like an archaeologist, preserving a ‘time tomb’ of indie angst and musical curiosity. The setlist - “Creep”, “Prove Yourself”, “Anyone Can Play Guitar” - captures the band teetering on the brink of global recognition. Sparkes’ reinterpretation is both archival and esoteric, evoking the eerie anticipation of a cultural moment about to explode, all within the walls of a Bristol institution.

“Radiohead’s ‘OK Computer’ artwork in 1997 was massively inspiring to me, with its Tippex-ey white out style, My addition here has a similar approach , but slightly more foam-extinguished in its sentiment.”
